The comprehensive trade fair is once again bring the international electronics industry together and will fill 13 halls on the Munich exhibition grounds

After electronica 2020 took place as a purely virtual event, electronica 2022 is once again bring the international electronics industry together and will fill 13 halls on the Munich exhibition grounds during November 15-18, 2022. As a co-located event, SEMICON Europa will take up an additional hall. “The exhibitors, top decision makers and thought leaders want to meet in person again,” said Dr. Reinhard Pfeiffer, Deputy CEO of Messe München.

All the industry’s major distributors and manufacturers will be represented at electronica 2022: Arrow, Avnet, Bosch, Harting, Infineon, NXP Semiconductor, Phoenix Contact, Rohde und Schwarz, Samsung, Schweizer Electronic, STMicroelectronics, TDK Electronics, Digi-Key, Mouser, Würth and many more. The share of exhibitors from outside Germany is also high; companies from more than 40 countries have registered so far.



During the electronica conferences, experts will discuss current trends and developments in the areas of automotive, embedded platforms and wireless systems and applications. The electronica forums will deal with practical lectures on topics such as automotive, cyber security, connectivity, embedded systems, IIoT, printed electronics, PCB and components, and sensors.

electronica is considered the world’s leading international trade fair for the electronics industry. The previous event took place in 2018 (prior to COVID pandemics) and brought together 81,500 visitors (50% international), 3,124 exhibitors from 53 countries and 512 journalists from 30 countries.
