TAT Announces a Five Year Program With Thales UK

TAT Technologies, announced that the Company was selected by Thales UK Ltd., a division of the Thales Group, to design, develop, supply and maintain a thermal management cooling system for a Thales’s Radar System for an Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) Helicopter. The program is for the delivery of cooling systems in the next five years, with a potential growth for additional systems in the future.
Igal Zamir, TAT’s President and CEO, said the program is an example of TAT’s innovation and leadership in thermal management systems. “We are proud to be selected by Thales for this program as it demonstrates TAT’s advanced technologies, capabilities and achievements in the development and design of thermal management solutions for aerospace systems.”
TAT in an expert in costume design and manufacturing avionics Heat Exchangers. It supply the Cessna Mustang Precooler, Lockheed Martin F-16 Primary/Secondary HX, Honda-Jet Precooler, Embraer Phenom 300 Precooler, F-15 Transmission Oil Cooler and more. Among its cotumers: Beoing, Rafael, IAI-Elta and Elisra.
The company is is a diversified technology-based engineering and industrial company specializing in design, development and manufacture of Heat Exchangers, Cooling Systems, Cold Plates, Vapor-Cycle Air Conditioning Systems (for land and airborne applications) flow accessories, etc. It provides Secondary and Emergency Power Systems for F16, Jet Fuel Starters for F16, Fuel Controls, Turbines and Valves etc. We also design and manufacture Air Conditioning and NBC Systems for military and civil applications such as communication shelters and armored vehicles.
